Tennessee Investment Services Act Trusts:   Mr. Goode will begin his presentation with a basic description of Tennessee Investment Services Act Trusts, and their uses.  Then he will discuss the advantages of Tennessee as a trust jurisdiction, and make a comparison with Georgia trust laws.  He will then discuss the current case law surrounding asset protection trusts in general, and highlight some of the limitations on their use.
