Safeguarding public benefits is often a primary concern for those caring for a loved on with special needs. Special Needs Trusts can play an important role in preserving or achieving eligibility for public benefits. This presentation will review the types of public benefits that are available for individuals with special needs trusts and how different types of Special Needs Trusts can be used to provide the highest quality of life for beneficiaries.
