THE SPONSOR MUST CHOOSE TWO OF THE FOLLOWING ONE-HOUR SEMINAR TOPICS:\n \n \n \n“Charitable Giving with Retirement Benefits”\n \n“Death and Taxes:  The Inherited Retirement Plan”\n \n“The 194 Best & Worst Planning Ideas for Your Client’s Retirement Benefits”\n \n“Planning for Retirement Benefits:  Recent Developments and Current Trends”\n \n“Making Retirement Benefits Payable to Trusts”\n \n“Retirement Benefits:  Lifetime Distribution Strategies”\n \n“Roth-Ready for 2010 and Beyond”\n \n \n \nPURPOSE OF SEMINAR: The purpose of this seminar is to give attendees a solid grounding in estate planning for retirement benefits in the first half, by explaining the “minimum distribution rules” of § 401(a)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code and illustrating, through case studies, how to integrate retirement benefit assets into the estate plan in several typical client situations; and then, in the second half, to introduce them to more advanced and specialized topics in this complex field.\n
