Battle of No More Liens

The September 2012 meeting of The Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga will be a joint LUNCHmeeting with the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the Trade and Convention Center. A lunch buffet will be available beginning at 11:45 a.m.  The meeting will begin at approximately 11:50 a.m.  For sustaining members, the cost of meals for each meeting for which a reservation is made is $20.00, even if not attended.  For guests, the cost of the meal for each meeting for which a reservation is made is $30.00, which is the host member's liability.

CLE/CPE/CFP CREDIT:  The meeting will qualify for one hour CPE. CLE and CFP credit has been submitted for approval.  Attorney and Certified Financial Planner Members MUST include their BPR and/or CFP numbers on the registration sheet. You will not receive credit if these numbers are not included - unreadable entries cannot be submitted for credit.
 
PROGRAM:  The speaker for the September meeting will Anne McKinney, whose presentation is titled “Battle of No More Liens.”
 
Anne McKinney wears many hats - literally and figuratively. She is a sought-after speaker, a published author, and a caring and enthusiastic advocate for her clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate and gift taxation, and “jousting” with the IRS. A member of the Duke Estate Planning Council and the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Anne is a frequent lecturer at UT College of Law and countless legal conferences.  She's working on the follow-up to her book Estate Planning in Tennessee and occasionally posting her popular YouTube videos.
 
MEETING REQUIREMENTS:  Attendance at three meetings is required to continue to be a member of the Council.
 
There will be a separate attendance sheet for Estate Planning Council members. Please be sure to sign this attendance sheet when you arrive so that you will receive credit for attending this meeting.
